- Structural Revisions – We have a structural engineer we work with that can design/create necessary drawings to bring your project/dream to fruition
- Electrical – Our electricians are all licensed journeyman/Master Licence that are capable of upgrading any aspect of any design project from fixture installation to panel work/upgrades
- Upgrade or Replace Lighting
- Upgrade or Replace HVAC – We have a licensed HVAC trade available for different HVAC scenarios from plenum re-routing to furnace upgrades and cooking exhausts
- Plumbing – Our licensed plumbers again are capable of altering/installing any aspect as per design layout
- Refinish, Replace Flooring – Our flooring tradesmen are able to install natural hardwood and stain, strip/refinish existing floors or install pre-finished as per clients direction
- Custom or Pre-Fabricated Cabinetry – Our cabinetry partner will design/create to the last detail; what is asked of them by the client
- Millwork – Can create custom pieces as required
- Windows and Doors – Our window partner is ready and waiting to design/install product that will create that feeling of home
- Countertops – From design to installation, our partner will deliver beauty/uniqueness
- Drywalling – We have Boarders and Tapers to finish off spaces
- Painting – From wallpaper to any colour in the spectrum
- Backsplash Tiling – Our tilers will create a canvass as per design direction
- Framing – Our carpenter trades will create from rough framing to finished moldings, baseboard/trim to crown molding installing doors/jambs and hardware
- A/V installation – We have trained technicians that will install/design as per client request entertainment centres, surround sound, speakers, theater rooms etc
